"Izumi," which has been revived at our orchard, is a mythical variety that was developed domestically for export more than half a century ago.

This is the first (spring harvest) Japanese black tea, harvested when all the leaves have grown.

More than a year has passed since the tea was produced, resulting in a batch that combines richness and freshness.
