A special four-hour experience immersed in the daily life of a tea farm,
tracing the story of the revival of the legendary "Izumi" tea variety.
Yoshida Tea Farm has been cultivating over 180 years of history in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Upholding tradition, we spent 20 years bringing back the "legendary Izumi variety."
An active tea farmer will guide you through the vast tea fields and historic factory. Surrounded by the aroma of tea, feeling the vitality of the soil – why not spend some time to relax your mind and soul?

The Pulse of the Factory
We'll guide you through spaces carefully used since the Meiji era and our active, fragrance-filled tea processing factory. You can witness firsthand the serious work of tea production.
Brewing Tea with Heart
We'll teach you professional tips. Brew various teas yourself and experience their profound depth. You'll acquire techniques to enrich your tea time even after you return home.
