The "Izumi" variety, revived at our farm, is a legendary cultivar that was grown domestically for export over half a century ago.

This is a rare lot of first-flush black tea affected by "leafhoppers."

"Sprite" is named after the "fairies" (the leafhoppers) that make the black tea delicious.

A sweet fragrance wafts from the cup. It offers a pleasant flavor with a gentle, rounded astringency and a refreshing finish.
